I think we should still have the meetings, unless everyone is OK with things being exactly the same as they are this year. I have no pressing issues that can't be tabled for a year, because most stuff is just gameplay issues that rarely become an issue. These would be my suggestions for the overall agenda: * Turning the result of ballpark homer for a W batter from a single to a double. * Allowing only starters with stars to work on three days rest, effectively creating a five-man rotation for most teams. * Limiting the number of starters who can work on two days' rest in the playoffs * Clarifying how to double-steal I remember that Chris also brought something up from a game we played in early November. We disagreed about how to appropriately substitute for an injured player when no backup at the position is on the bench, but there's one in the field. Chris and Tim had both previously argued in favor for a Strat rule that adds +2 to the runner's rating on any two-out hit (to mimic the idea of "running on anything"). One day, Forster and I are going to sit down and bang out a BOGYAC (rare play) chart.

Here's my proposal: a reliever cannot exceed his "number" two days in a row.
If a 1 goes 1.1 or 2, he can only go 1 the next day
If a 2 goes 3, he can only go 2 the next day
